I think it's been edited because typically that stencil has a red balloon floating away from the girl but here someone has added a TV set. Gotta love that about street art, it's open to anyone to do what they want.

This is not a Bansy lol.
It was by Video Empourium on Mill Road. The shop is long gone and this has been painted over

Nice picture though =)

You're right on the address and the paint over, but it was originally a banksy, which some clever person "modified" - but as you said, pretty cool nonetheless :)
